Survey Results: AI and Innovative Change-Driven Growth

I am pleased to share with you the survey results and resulting recommendations to the question – Which Leader of AI-Driven Change Are You?

Survey Results: 

It’s not all about AI: The feedback on the three types of leaders of ‘AI-Driven Change’ (Iterative, Innovative, or Disruptive) was not all about AI but more general on the need for Innovative and Disruptive changes to drive new growth.

AI viewed as a growth accelerator: The results revealed that Innovative and Disruptive ‘AI-Driven Change’ was seen as an accelerator for the business as a whole but new growth was the goal. 

Innovation is the driver for growth: Many leaders acknowledged that Innovative and Disruptive change was taking them out of their comfort zone, but all agreed that ‘Innovative Change’, at a minimum, was where they were headed next or needed to go to find new growth and attain the goals that they had set themselves and committed to their CEO or Boards.

Few leaders have an appetite for disruptive change: Many leaders felt that their companies were not ready to disrupt the market. AI and Innovative Driven-Change emerged as the biggest opportunities to drive new and sustainable growth in 2024.

The greater potential for this Change-Driven approach: Opening completely new business models and markets to seize new growth.  Even Socrates agrees… “The secret of change is to focus all of your energy, not on fighting the old, but on building the new.”

Recommendations:

We offer the following recommendations to identify, assign and inspire your leaders and teams to be more ‘Innovative’, stretching their comfort zones and seizing opportunities to drive new growth. These recommendations are based on the survey findings and our professional experience, gained over many years, in both good and bad market environments, of bringing our clients GameChanging Leadership executives and teams to take them to the next level of growth.

  • Identify the needed areas and use cases for new growth and set up, in Q4, several ‘Innovative’ Change-Driven projects to bust through market uncertainties, and using AI as an accelerator, to seize new growth successes in 2024.
