We are looking for GameChanging Leaders who possess the following qualifications:
- Proven senior business leader who can bring a consultative approach to problem-solving to bear with a diverse universe of clients.
- Effective at both the prospecting of opportunities, finding solutions to needs and closing business as well as delivering against those high expectations alone or as part of a small team.
- Previous retained executive search experience that spans business development, research, screening, presenting and placing candidates at the C-suite and Vice President level.
- Entrepreneurial in spirit and excited to be the owner and driver of their own business within the umbrella of the Top Gun Ventures process, tools, experience, and nearly two decades of work.
- Operates with the highest levels of ethics and quality standards.
- Likes to have fun while working with partners with a disruptive perspective.
